The deep blue, highly aromatic wild blueberries combine perfectly with the sweetness of the apple, resulting in a cuvée of almost opaque purple. Here, the apple juice lends lightness and freshness to the blueberry.

The apple juice with wild blueberries complements rich dishes and pairs well with salty and hearty flavors, but also sweet ones. We like it with curd dumplings or waffles with hot blueberries.
