Apple and apricot juice

Apple and apricot are a classic Tyrolean pairing — and in the Essence line of the Kohl Manufactory, they are combined in a composition that brings out the joy of these classic varieties. Direct juice from mountain apples, refined with real apricot pulp, without added sugar and without flavor restoration.

Character and Aroma

In the glass, the juice shines a sunny, cloudy orange. The nose opens with ripe apricot, apple blossom, and a hint of apricot kernel. On the palate, the typical acidity of mountain apples is noticeable, a fruity, non-sticky sweetness from the apricot pulp, and a long, velvety finish. Unlike sweet multi-fruit juices, this cuvée shows true varietal characteristics.

When to Enjoy It

For Sunday breakfast, as a non-alcoholic aperitif with appetizers, as a spritzer with a little soda water, or as a cocktail component in non-alcoholic mixes. Also very well suited as an accompaniment to venison dishes or as a dessert juice with vanilla desserts.

Behind the Label: Kohl Mountain Apple Juice

The Kohl Manufactory processes South Tyrolean mountain apples at 900 m above sea level on the Troidner Hof in Ritten near Bolzano.
