The fruits ripen at an altitude of approximately 1250 m in the Prags Valley, where the Gruber family has been ensuring a particularly intense aroma since 1994 with great dedication and natural cultivation methods. Hand-planted seedlings, multiple weeding, and irrigation with pure river and spring water from the Dolomites guarantee the highest quality.
This fruit spread combines 75% fruit content with a balanced sweet-sour taste that evokes memories of Grandma's garden. The green gooseberries are gently cooked with little sugar and a hint of lemon juice and are exclusively gelled with natural apple pectin – completely free of artificial additives, preservatives, colorings, or flavorings.
