For this delicacy, honey-sweet apricots are hand-picked, pitted, cleaned, and carefully cooked with a little sugar and fresh lemon juice. The fruit spread boasts a high fruit content of 75% and is gelled exclusively with natural apple pectin – completely without artificial additives, preservatives, colorings, or flavorings.

Since 1994, the Gruber family has been cultivating berries in a natural way in the Pragser Tal at an altitude of approximately 1250 m. The alpine climate ensures a longer ripening period and a particularly intense aroma of the fruits. The fields are carefully irrigated with spring water from the Dolomites and lovingly cared for. This care is reflected in every jar of the fruit spread.
