Alpe Pragas – Wild Berry Fruit Spread with 75% Fruit Content
Enjoy a whole basket of ripe wild berries – blueberries, raspberries, redcurrants, and blackcurrants – carefully harvested and processed into a highly aromatic fruit spread. Most of the fruits come from their own cultivation in the idyllic Prags Valley, where the Gruber family has been growing berries since 1994 at an altitude of approx. 1250 m in the Dolomites. The alpine mountain climate ensures a longer ripening period and a particularly intense aroma for the fruits.
The fruit spread is cooked with only a little sugar and lemon juice and gelled exclusively with natural apple pectin. This preserves the natural taste, fresh color, and valuable vitamins of the fruits. Whether as a spread for bread, in muesli, with pancakes, crêpes, yogurt, or quark – this fruit spread turns every breakfast moment into a luxurious indulgence.
